A	Antonella Cesario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato per un servizio non effettuato..Attendo ancora di essere richiamata al telefono per informazioni sulla pensione con calcoli che non potevano fare al momento perchè doveVano chiudere all'ora di pranzo..Io avevo fatto la coda per 6 ore.Nessuna risposta al telefono per giorni e giorni (il disco dice che gli operatori sono occupati e l'ultima volta che hanno risposto è caduta la linea,ho riprovato e niente)Ho scritto 2 e-mails e nessuna risposta..Però i soldi li hanno presi.. I paid for a service not performed .. L' organizzazione alla prima entrata (reception al banco) lascia a volte qualche perplessità . Comunque sia sempre un gran servizio per chiunque e fortuna che ci sono. Always a great service. Questo mio consiglio lo condiviso con altre persone aspettando l apertura al mattino . Con solo 24€ ho risolto i miei problemi di regolarizzazione dei contributi pensionistici da mandare all’INPS per perfezionare l’aggiornamento e la pratica della pensione. Inoltre il personale è veramente professionale e altamente qualificato. Da sottolineare che NON tutti gli interventi sono a pagamento, dipende dal tipo di richiesta. I disoccupati NON pagano niente ! Ho avuto a che fare con due di questi, uno nel lungo periodo, e devo dire che mi sono sentita letteralmente presa in giro. Inconcludenti, assistenza legale veramente scarsa. Inoltre poca umanità e tatto verso chi si trova in situazioni di difficoltà. Dopo molti tentativi, il telefono risultando sempre occupato, mi sono recata in sede ma un certo sig. Sergio mi ha risposto in modo alquanto scortese che quello era l'unico modo per prenotare. Riprovo e finalmente riesco a contattarli ma mi viene detto che devo mandare una e-mail. Invio la e-mail il 22 dicembre ma ad oggi non ho avuto risposta! Nel frattempo ho chiamato anche il numero del caf acli dove mi è stato risposto che i tempi sono lunghi essendoci state le festività di mezzo.
