L	Luca Salviato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, rispondo alla domanda ma purtroppo devo confermare la mia esperienza negativa: 1) accoglienza sbrigativa e superficiale 2) riparazione dell'idropulitrice oggetto della sistemazione costosa e lunga nei tempi di attesa 3) ulteriore tempo perso per riportarla di nuovo dato che non funzionava 4) poche spiegazioni e consigli, ma prontezza nell'incolparci del modo di utilizzo Di certo non posso fare recensioni positive e molto probabilmente non mi servirò in futuro con queste premesse. Per la mia esperienza il servizio è tutto sommato adeguato, anche se i tempi d'attesa risentono probabilmente della rarefazione avvenuta negli anni dei centri d'assistenza autorizzati. I prezzi dei ricambi Kärcher sono piuttosto cari, com'è purtroppo abituale per i produttori del Made in Germany, ma la qualità costruttiva e la durata dei prodotti non mi sembra siano altrettanto insuperabili. A volte può capitare di dover rottamare anticipatamente un prodotto perché il costo della riparazione si avvicina troppo a quello di un analogo prodotto nuovo o addirittura lo supera. Probabilmente le apparecchiature destinate all'utilizzo professionale sono meno affette dalle strategie industriali d'impronta consumistica, o almeno lo spero. D	D S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità, Purtroppo devo dare almeno 1 stella, altrimenti non posso postare. Invece di riparare, distruggono. Portato macchina da riparare e pagato €35 per fare preventivo. Non avendo accetto loro preventivo di oltre €100 hanno restituita la macchina a pezzi (senza rimontarla). Alla fine ho sostituito un condensatore che ha costato solo €5, e riassemblato la macchina. Ed ora funziona. Alla fine ho capito che vogliono solo farti pagare una riparazione gonfiata. Zero professionalism, Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star, otherwise I can't post. Instead of repairing, they destroy. Car brought in for repair and paid € 35 to quote. Not having accepted their estimate of over € 100, they returned the machine in pieces (without reassembling it). In the end I replaced a capacitor that only cost € 5, and reassembled the machine. And now it works. Eventually I realized that they just want to charge you for an inflated repair.
