Buona la funzionalità dei motori e del semplice telecomando. Poltrona robusta e di peso adeguato, ma non eccessivo. Consegna puntuale da parte di persone gentili e competenti. Sono stato ottimamente consigliato dal Servizio Clienti ed in particolare da Mattia che ha risposto con pazienza ed in modo esaustivo a tutti i miei quesiti tecnici e burocratici. La merce è arrivata ben imballata in tempi velocissimi, 24 ore dal pagamento dell"ordine. Sembra,soprattutto di ottima qualità. Ci sentiamo più avanti per la durata. The goods arrived well packed in a very short time, 24 hours from the payment of the order. It looks especially of excellent quality. We feel more ahead for the duration. Come ho già detto , quanto prima comprerò anche il materasso. Ottima azienda, nulla a che fare con i negozi su strada, di altri competitor, dove a parte il personale impreparato i tempi di consegna erano inaccettabili. Consiglio a tutti seriamente. Esperienza più che soddisfacente: assistenza telefonica al top, imballaggio non impeccabile (forse i corrieri...), ma prodotti integri e perfettamente funzionanti; qualità di tutti i materiali al top. L'esigenza è stata dovuta principalmente ad un caso di necessità per i genitori, in particolare per mia madre per post-intervento femore, tuttavia i prodotti acquistati sono perfettamente adatti e gradevoli per un utilizzo anche ordinario. More than satisfactory experience: top telephone assistance, non-flawless packaging (maybe couriers ... ), but products intact and fully functional; quality of all materials at the top. The need was mainly due to a case of need for parents, in particular for my mother for post-femur surgery, however the products purchased are perfectly suitable and pleasant for even ordinary use.
