Ovviamente il conto è stato molto salato e quando ho fatto notare l’errore la Dottoressa mi ha trattato malissimo dicendo che non ero più cliente gradita . Sono disgustata e senza parole .
The day I brought my 8-year-old mongrel dog, the owner was absent but her collaborators confused a tumor in the right auricle with a pyometra. Obviously the bill was very salty and when I pointed out the error the Doctor treated me very badly saying that I was no longer a welcome customer. I am disgusted and speechless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un vero peccato. Con la dott.ssa Cristina ci eravamo sempre trovati bene. Questa volta per le lastre ufficiali del nostro cane ci siamo trovati in mano ad un ortopedico che era confuso su cosa farci firmare e infatti si è dimenticato alcuni moduli.. più di una settimana telefonando molte volte per avere l'esito e poi lastre perse un disastro completo purtroppo
