Abbiamo portato il nostro cane anziano di 15 anni, molto malato in questa clinica, siamo stati accolti e informati sulle sue condizioni. sostenevano che avesse ancora davanti anni di vita nonostante le evidenti condizioni se trattato con cure specifiche precedute da numerosi e costosi esami. Non potendo prendere una decisione così impegnativa (e costosa) con leggerezza siamo tornati a casa per rifletterci. Il giorno successivo il cane è deceduto. Poteva essere tutto ciò evitato? Forse no, ma sicuramente poteva essere accompagnato nella sua morte tramite una puntura, in questo modo non avrebbe sofferto, trovo che questa scelta sarebbe stata di certo molto più corretta e rispettosa nei confronti nostri e soprattutto dell animale. Totally bad experience. We took our very sick 15 year old dog to this clinic, we were welcomed and informed about his condition. they claimed that he still had years of life ahead of him despite the obvious conditions if treated with specific treatments preceded by numerous and expensive tests. Not being able to make such a demanding (and expensive) decision lightly, we went home to think about it. The dog died the next day. Could all this have been avoided? Maybe not, but surely he could have been accompanied in his death by a sting, in this way he would not have suffered, I find that this choice would certainly have been much more correct and respectful towards us and above all the animal.

Bravissimi professionisti, disponibilità di specialisti per più problematiche (cardiologa). Un particolare ringraziamento alla dott.ssa Stella (anestesista) che sa davvero il fatto suo! Super consigliato. I have a dog with a million problems including age ... at risk for oral surgery but he needed it. Surgery done and mouth healed perfectly. Talented professionals, availability of specialists for various problems (cardiologist). A special thanks to Dr. Stella (anesthetist) who really knows her stuff! Super recommended.
F	Falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richieste analisi anche di MOLTI valori inutili ai fini di una anestesia. Risponde al telefono una donna MOLTO saccente e MOLTO seccata. Intervento MOLTO più costoso della media e NON è stato neanche risolutivo benché mi fu detto che non lo sarebbe stato nel 10% dei casi (e ho pagato di più pensando che il prezzo fosse commisurato alla bravura del medico. Quindi più abile era, più soldi spesi, ma meno possibilità di non risolvere potevano esserci). Non ci tornerei, ma ormai è andata così. Also required analysis of MANY useless values for the purpose of anesthesia. A VERY pedantic and VERY annoyed woman answers the phone. Surgery MUCH more expensive than the average and it was NOT even decisive although I was told that it would not be in 10% of cases (and I paid more thinking that the price was commensurate with the skill of the doctor. So the more skilled he was, the more money spent, but there could have been fewer chances of not resolving). I wouldn't go back, but that's the way it is now.

Si sono dimostrati pronti all'emergenza nonostante la gravità della situazione. Super professionali, hanno curato la piccola con amore dedizione e sopratutto competenza. Hanno aggiornato regolarmente durante i due giorni di ricovero fino alla sera tardi e dalla mattina presto. Hanno riferito con esattezza tutte le terapie eseguite, e i farmaci somministrati. Prezzi non bassissimi ma in linea con il fatto di essere una clinica e con il lavoro svolto. Hanno lasciato andare a casa la piccola solamente quando sono stati sicuri al 100% che fosse fuori pericolo. Super consigliati! We took our dog to an emergency with seizures after a metaldehyde poisoning. They proved ready for an emergency despite the gravity of the situation. Super professional, they took care of the little one with love, dedication and above all competence. They updated regularly during the two days of hospitalization until late in the evening and early in the morning. They reported exactly all the therapies performed, and the drugs administered. Prices are not very low but in line with the fact of being a clinic and with the work done. They only let the baby go home when they were 100% sure she was out of harm's way. Super recommended!
M	Mara Fucile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovata bene, mi hanno portato un gatto piccolino abbandonato e dato che ero lontana dal mio veterinario di fiducia ho deciso di portarlo qui per la prima visita. Il veterinario è stato piuttosto antipatico, seccato, si è messo ad urlare "stai zitto, basta!!" al gattino che ogni tanto miagolava perché spaventato. Ho pagato salato per mezza visita sbrigativa con commenti scorbutici, tant'è che alla fine ho deciso di portare il gattino al mio solito veterinario che per la medesima visita fatta con più calma e gentilezza non mi ha chiesto nemmeno un euro. Cercavo un posto vicino a casa, perché non si sa mai, ma dubito ci tornerò. I was not happy, they brought me an abandoned little cat and since I was far from my trusted vet I decided to bring him here for the first visit. The vet was rather obnoxious, annoyed, he started yelling "shut up, stop !!" to the kitten that occasionally meowed because it was frightened. I paid salty for half a hasty visit with grumpy comments, so much so that in the end I decided to take the kitten to my usual vet who for the same visit made with more calm and kindness did not ask me for even one euro. I was looking for somewhere close to home, because you never know, but I doubt I'll be back.

Ringrazierò sempre il medico che con tanta gentilezza ha salvato Charlie . Da allora sono i nostri veterinari di fiducia . A parte le vaccinazioni tutto il resto ci affidiamo a loro . Consigliatissimo We have a chihuhua we are not local and a few years ago we had an urgency. Our little dog was bitten by a German Shepherd. I will always thank the doctor who so kindly saved Charlie. They have been our trusted vets ever since. Apart from vaccinations, we rely on them for everything else. Highly recommended
