★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozietto piccolo ma assortitissimo, una varietà di formati di pasta veramente notevole dai classici gnocchi alle orecchiette avellinesi di grande formato. Ottimi anche i vari ravioli. È possibile ordinare anche cannelloni o lasagne già pronte è solo da infornare.

Un vero peccato (per noi che abbiamo dovuto buttare tutto)
Unfortunately I am forced to review in a negative way, I got stuffed cannelloni, they were horrible with ricotta that looked like chalk! Mixed fried food without flavor. Ugly ugly ugly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una fedelissima cliente .... ormai sono anni che vado solo da loro e trovo che i prodotti siano uno più buono dell'altro ... i ravioli capresi, cappelletti, tortellini. ... per non parlare dei piatti pronti tipo la crostata di tagliolini o il gateaux di patate, entrambi ordinati per il compleanno di mia figlia e hanno riscosso un successo enorme. Veramente c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta.
I am a very loyal customer .... I have been going to them alone for years now and I find that the products are better than the other ... Caprese ravioli, cappelletti, tortellini. ... not to mention the ready meals like the tagliolini tart or the potato gateaux, both ordered for my daughter's birthday and have been a huge success. There is really only the embarrassment of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo innamorati di questo pastificio da un paio di anni. Oggi ho acquistato i pansotti fatti a mano ripieni di asparagi e ricotta... Una squisitezza! Noi non siamo di palato facile e Matricardi non sbaglia un colpo.
Ravioli ai porcini, alla carne e ricotta, ricotta e limone, ricotta e crudo, ricotta e cotto, medaglioni da cuocere in forno, tortellini, cappelletti e agnolotti... Ne mangi una porzione e già pensi al prossimo ripieno che comprerai! Mi manca di provare quelli alle melanzane (attendo la stagione estiva) e quelli ai carciofi che forse prenderò prossimamente. A presto!
We have been in love with this pasta factory for a couple of years. Today I bought the handmade pansotti stuffed with asparagus and ricotta ... A delicacy! We are not easy on the palate and Matricardi doesn't miss a beat.
Ravioli with porcini, meat and ricotta, ricotta and lemon, ricotta and raw, ricotta and cooked, medallions to be cooked in the oven, tortellini, cappelletti and agnolotti ... You eat a portion and already think about the next filling you will buy! I miss trying the aubergine ones (I look forward to the summer season) and the artichoke ones that maybe I'll get soon. Soon!
