La pasta fresca è molto buona da suggerire i tortelli con melanzane provola e parmigiano, i tortelli capresi e quelli con ricotta e spinaci.
Per Pasqua abbiamo gustato la deliziosa pastiera ed il casatiello e per concludere abbiamo preso la.pasta fresca per farci la lasagna e siamo stati gratificati dai nostri ospiti emiliani che di pasta fresca se ne intendono.
Prossima volta assaggerò gli gnocchi che non sono riuscita ancora ad acquistare.
Questa casa del tortellino è una valida sosta che non può mancare.

Find unique and sought-after delicacies. Your nose begins to tickle even just as you approach the laboratory from which an extraordinary smell comes out that is difficult to forget. The fresh pasta is very good to suggest the tortelli with eggplant provola and parmesan, the tortelli capresi and those with ricotta and spinach.
For Easter we enjoyed the delicious pastiera and casatiello and to conclude we took fresh pasta to make lasagna and we were gratified by our Emilian guests who know fresh pasta.
Next time I will taste the gnocchi that I haven't been able to buy yet.
This tortellino house is a valid stop that cannot be missed.
