Ed effettivamente non posso dire diversamente. Si tratta di una confezione da 1kg enorme, anche difficile da gestire, ma splendida e che abbiamo pagato...bene. Ma ci siamo detti che ne è valsa la pena. Poi leggendo le recensioni anch'io sono andato a vedere la zona di produzione del grano che in maniera molto trasparente dichiaranoessere l'Arizona. In risposta ad una recensione danno anche la motivazioni, peraltro valide, della loro scelta. Secondo me servirebbe un grande sforzo. Certificare il grano dell'Arizona biologico. Questo potrebbe ingenerare meno problemi nei consumatori più attenti. Confermo però che i nostri spaghetti erano splendidi. I am torn as we ate spaghetti n.82 with friends and everyone's evaluation was: splendid. And actually I can't say otherwise. It is a huge 1kg package, also difficult to manage, but beautiful and that we paid for ... well. But we told ourselves it was worth it. Then, reading the reviews, I too went to see the wheat production area which in a very transparent way they declare to be Arizona. In response to a review they also give the reasons, however valid, for their choice. In my opinion it would take a lot of effort. Certify Arizona Wheat Organic. This could cause fewer problems for more discerning consumers. However, I confirm that our spaghetti were splendid.
G	Giovanni Scafuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle confezioni di pasta con molto entusiasmo, non ho guardato al prezzo perché sicuro di comprare un ottimo prodotto italiano, indubbiamente la qualità è medioalta, ma sono rimasto deluso per la provenienza del grano.......con queste somme si possono comprare i migliori grandi duri italiani......che, sicuramente, possono concorrere a quelli americani. Non credo che rifarò questa esperienza. Quello che mi ha lasciato perplesso e' il fatto che il grano e' prodotto in USA dove si fa largo uso di pesticidi. Tanto vale comprare altri tipi di pasta sicuramente piu economici. I found this pasta at the 365 supermarket in via Argine in Naples and I was attracted by the advertising and an average price of artisanal pasta. What puzzled me is the fact that wheat is produced in the USA where pesticides are widely used. Might as well buy other types of pasta certainly cheaper.

Aqui no Brasil, na embalagem, nada consta, diz sêmola italiana … I tried it for the first time, I liked it a lot, however, I lost my charm when I read in the reviews that the beans are from Arizona, contradicting the packaging. Here in Brazil, there is nothing on the packaging, it says Italian semolina…

Le motivazioni addotte dal produttore - ovvero che i granii americani sarebbero indispensabili per ottenere un'elevata qualità - sono risibili: sono infatti reperibili paste altrettanto buone realizzate con grano 100% italiano ( La Molisana, Voiello, Coop fior fiore ecc). Sosteniamo i nostri agricoltori! Compriamo italiano! The pasta is good, but I will not buy it anymore after reading in the package that it is made with wheat from the USA. The reasons given by the producer - namely that American grains would be indispensable to obtain high quality - are laughable: in fact, equally good pasta made with 100% Italian wheat (La Molisana, Voiello, Coop fior fiore, etc.) are available. We support our farmers! We buy Italian!
