Per un periodo di tempo abbiamo collaborato e gli ho fatto diversi ordini perche' chi l'aveva assaggiata se ne era mostrato entusiasta. Tra i formati in produzione segnalo la treccia di vermicelli esclusiva del pastificio creata dalle preziose mani della moglie del titolare figlia di un maestro pastaio di Gragnano. Tra le paste di Gragnano e' sicuramente tra le prime. Se l'assaggi non la lasci piu'.
