Le noci sane saranno meno della meta' ( le altre sono nere, rinsecchite ma soprattutto rancide ). Al netto dei gusci di quelle sane, riusciro' a consumarne 2-3 etti ( su 1kg ). Una cosi alta percentuale di noci rancide mi fa pensare che siano state mischiate a quelle dell'anno prima, ossia del 2020. Non le acquistero' mai piu'.
For many months I have been buying 1kg bags of French walnuts variety Franquette, harvest 2021 with great frequency. The healthy walnuts will be less than half (the others are black, dried up but above all rancid). Net of the shells of the healthy ones, I will be able to consume 2-3 ounces (out of 1kg). Such a high percentage of rancid nuts makes me think that they have been mixed with those of the previous year, that is of 2020. I will never buy them again.
