La mia esperienza si riassume in tre parole: cortesia, professionalità e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Al telefono ho avuto il piacere di parlare con una collaboratrice di nome Marianna, una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ho ordinato telefonicamente e non c'è stato nemmeno bisogno di passare per l'acconto. Conoscevo questa pasticceria principalmente per il gelato ma devo dire che è un'eccellenza sotto tutti i punti di vista. I booked for the first time a cake at the historic Pasticceria Tichetti. My experience can be summed up in three words: courtesy, professionalism and excellent quality / price ratio. On the phone I had the pleasure of speaking with a collaborator named Marianna, a very kind and helpful person. I ordered by phone and there was no need to even go through the down payment. I knew this pastry shop mainly for the ice cream but I must say that it is an excellence from all points of view.

Ho preso 6 paste questa sera da portare a casa di parenti, che brutta figura che ho fatto! Erano vecchie e le creme andate a male, vi dico solo che lo zabaione e crema erano acidi e la pasta choux era dura come un mattone! Non parliamo della panna, una volta si usava panna fresca, era vegetale e stucchevole! In zona di sicuro si trovano pasticcerie migliori, TICHETTI ha finito di lavorare per me! Lo scorso 27.8.2021 avrei voluto acquistare dei cornetti alla crema. La cassiera si è recata nel laboratorio, posto sul retro rispetto alla cassa, dove li ha riempiti a vista senza indossare guanti. Ho osservato la scena indispettito dalla sfacciata inosservanza delle più elementari norme igieniche ancor più grave durante la pandemia. Con cortesia ho spiegato di non poter concludere l'acquisto per questioni igieniche. La cassiera né si è scusata né ha posto in essere alcuna azione correttiva come ad esempio sostituire i cornetti lasciandoli farcire al pasticciere. Al contrario mi ha liquidato freddamente invitandomi a rinunciare all'acquisto. Ho già trovato una nuova pasticceria di fiducia. Una vera signora! Oggi Il personale è infastidito quando ti serve, è distratto, aumentano i prezzi se non te ne accorgi in tempo alla cassa e poi riconoscono l'errore (ci provano secondo me ed altri). Infine si pagano cose che tornati a casa non si trovano nel vassoio. Ogni volta che sono andata ultimamente mi è capitato tutto questo...ed anche altro, come paste secche del giorno prima unite a quelle più fresche....Peccato! Mi auguro che qualcuno della famiglia Tichetti controlli tutto ciò. I have been a customer for years but something must have happened in the management in recent times.
