Questa mattina entro nel bar per prendere un cornetto e una volta alla cassa mi rendo conto di non avere contanti, al che chiedo alla cassiera (dove c'era la titolare o proprietaria) se potevo pagare con la carta, la persona alla cassa prima mi guarda malissimo poi mi ha letteralmente lanciato il pos sul tavolino ed in fine non ha nemmeno detto un "grazie e buona giornata". Se non volete il pagamento in carta per cifre così basse lo potete anche dire, uno torna a casa prende il contante e torna ad acquistare. Trattare così i clienti non è ammissibile, soprattutto quelli che vengono sempre. Ma questa non è la prima volta, in anni che frequentiamo questo posto abbiamo avuto il "buongiorno" ed il "grazie ed arrivederci" forse 5 volte in totale. Ci dispiace ma dopo l'accaduto di questa mattina non verremo più, la vostra scortesia è arrivata al nostro limite. Ci sposteremo come clienti al bar che ha aperto più avanti, sono molto più gentili. Lì ho già visto molti dei clienti che una volta erano vostri e ci sarà un perché! We are sorry but after what happened this morning we will not come anymore, your rudeness has reached our limit. We will move as customers to the bar that has opened further on, they are much nicer. I have already seen many of the customers there that were once yours and there must be a reason!
