Cappuccini e brioches (croissant fatti da loro) di ottima qualità così come brioches salate e pizzette per uno spuntino. Personale gentile e veloce, prezzi corretti. Peccato che il banco bar per i caffè sia ridottissimo, comunque merita sicuramente assaggiare le loro specialità se si è in zona. Pastry bar in front of the Maggiore Hospital in Trieste. Per non parlare poi dei tempi di attesa, sai quando entri ma non quando esci, non scherzo, ho aspettato anche 15 minuti per un tramezzino e avevo solo 2 persone davanti. Dovrebbero mettere un bel "abbandonate ogni speranza voi che entrate". Non so come il proprietario possa permettere questi atteggiamenti ed inefficienze. Anche in questi anni difficili di pandemia la proprietà è riuscita a erogare comunque un buon servizio, con controlli precisi ma non ossessivi. Qualità indiscutibilmente elevata ed ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Personale qualificato e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato, anche solo per gustare un ottimo caffè!! Great bar, pastry bakery!
