★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente i migliori cocktail di Trieste. Non credo di aver mai assaggiato qualcosa del genere in vita mia. Il gestore poi, è un uomo che mette la passione nel proprio lavoro. Mi è piaciuto molto che, nel momento in cui gli abbiamo chiesto quale fosse il giusto cocktail dopo un grasshopper, non abbia esitato un istante a consigliarci un Alexander: professionalità e gusto incredibili.
 Simply the best cocktails in Trieste. I don't think I've ever tasted anything like this in my life. Then the manager is a man who puts passion into his work. I really liked that, when we asked him what the right cocktail was after a grasshopper, he didn't hesitate for a moment to recommend an Alexander: incredible professionalism and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto UNICO, dove poter passare un paio d'ore bevendo uno o due cocktail in coppia o con un piccolo gruppo di amici. Il locale è intimo, composto di una saletta principale, e una secondaria. Entrambe sono arredate con divani e sedute comode, colori caldi e lampade di sale sparse in giro (c'è anche un acquario che da movimento all'atmosfera). Il proprietario è davvero molto preparato, lo si vede sia nella lista cocktail proposta (scelta infinita), sia nell'utilizzo del giusto bicchiere e della guarnizione ad hoc per ogni cocktail, sia nel modo in cui lavora: niente metal pour, niente misurini, niente mosse strane...l'ho osservato più volte e sembrava ci mettesse passione in ogni singola preparazione. Da tornarci frequentemente!
UNIQUE place, where you can spend a couple of hours drinking one or two cocktails as a couple or with a small group of friends. The restaurant is intimate, consisting of a main room and a secondary one. Both are furnished with comfortable sofas and seats, warm colors and salt lamps scattered around (there is also an aquarium that gives movement to the atmosphere). The owner is really very knowledgeable, you can see it both in the proposed cocktail list (infinite choice), and in the use of the right glass and ad hoc garnish for each cocktail, and in the way he works: no metal pour, no measuring cups, no strange moves ... I watched him several times and he seemed to put passion into every single preparation. To go back frequently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il titolare, oltre che a essere un maestro nei cocktail, è simpaticissimo e sa come far felici i propri clienti. Il locale è arredato in modo originale e si vede la cura nel dettaglio anche nel prodotto finale. Cocktail di qualità, scenografici e veramente buoni.
The owner, in addition to being a master in cocktails, is very nice and knows how to make his customers happy. The restaurant is furnished in an original way and you can see the attention to detail even in the final product. Quality cocktails, spectacular and really good.
