La Pasticceria usa tutti prodotti biologici e di qualità. La maggiorazione dei costi è dovuta proprio al fatto che vengono utilizzate materie prime di qualità. Dopo aver fatto colazione in questa pasticceria non vi sentirete mai appesantiti rispetto, invece, a quelle pasticcerie di massa che usano prodotti sintetici ed industriali, puntando solo alla presentazione del prodotto. Lo consiglio, in conclusione, solo a chi cerca qualità ed una sana alimentazione ! My partner and I go there at least once a week. Posso dire che il servizio che ho trovato è stato eccellente ma "ho buttato nel cestino " perché immangiabile una frittella enorme, unta e bisunta. Già allo sguardo non mi convinceva ma la voglia era tanta. Dovevo tenermi la voglia. I got to go back to this pastry shop after many years. I wanted to eat pancakes. Sono tornata sabato pomeriggio ho trovato una signora meno competente e maleducata , certamente non tornerò più di sabato .I prodotti abbastanza buoni . Abbiamo acquistato, quindi, del pane in cassetta senza glutine, dopo che ci era stato decantato in mille modi come "il migliore in assoluto". Al taglio scopriamo che dentro era VUOTO! Dentro non c’era nessuno ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po’. Locale vecchio e non pulito. Abbiamo chiesto due brioches alla marmellata e la signora le ha tagliare e farcite come due panini, con marmellata ai frutti di bosco (senza chiedercelo.. ma se uno si aspettava l’albicocca?), bruciacchiate e fredde, non sembravano certo di giornata. Il macchiatone un caffellatte tiepido, senza neanche un po’ di schiuma. Il tutto mediamente più caro di qualsiasi altro bar o pasticceria. Pessima esperienza.
