S	Snowman XVIII on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato una torta per 20 persone e siamo finiti a strapagare una torta decisamente più piccola del previsto che al momento del taglio, pur facendo piccole fette non è bastata per tutti gli invitati. Belle le decorazioni, peccato costassero quanto l'oro. Decisamente un'esperienza da non ripetere, oserei dire una gran fregatura. Ordered a cake for 20 people and we ended up overpaying a much smaller cake than expected which at the time of cutting, even if making small slices, was not enough for all the guests. Beautiful decorations, too bad they cost as much as gold. Definitely an experience not to be repeated, I would dare to say a big rip off.

Locale triste, non abbiamo mai visto un sorriso da parte del personale che è poco accogliente e poco attento alla clientela. Una volta eravamo in compagnia fra colleghi e la proprietaria ha urlato in modo spaventoso davanti a tutti noi clienti contro un ragazzo perché il fratello si era dimenticato di pagare la volta precedente (è stata la proprietaria stessa a sottolineare che era stato il fratello a dimenticarsi). Scena alquanto imbarazzante per tutti noi che eravamo all’interno. Riconoscendo l’ex alunno, mio marito si è fermato per parlarci. Un ragazzo rispettoso, frequentatore abituale della pasticceria. Può capitare di dimenticarsi, ma soprattutto sapendo che sono clienti fissi e che si trattava di una cifra irrisoria, è stato veramente allucinante. Prezzi troppo alti per la quantità ma soprattutto per la qualità dei prodotti. Una volta addirittura abbiamo preso un aperitivo alla frutta fatto semplicemente di schiuma. Quite embarrassing scene for all of us who were inside. Recognizing the former student, my husband stopped to talk to him. A respectful boy, a regular at the pastry shop. It can happen to forget, but above all knowing that they are regular customers and that it was a paltry amount, it was truly hallucinating. Prices too high for the quantity but above all for the quality of the products. Once we even had a fruit aperitif made simply of foam. Very small pastries and pancakes.

Avevo ordinato dopo la bellissima pubblicità fatta dal locale nella settimana precedente , ma al momento del ritiro avevo visto il pessimo aspetto che mi ha fatto il dolce che sembrava bruciato.. La commessa mi ha risposto che quella era la mia pastiera. Delusa l'ho portata ugualmente alla festa (era troppo tardi per rimediare in altro locale). Il verdetto di tutti gli altri ospiti è stato unanime :immangiabile. Era un pastone e non una pastiera. Non acquisterò più nulla in questo locale. Ho dato una stella per poter pubblicare la recensione, ma non meritano neppure quella Bought a bad Neapolitan pastiera yesterday. Il locale ha tavoli sia interni che esterni, finemente arredati. Ed è sempre molto curato (guardate le foto per San Valentino) super consigliato, 5 stelle The pasta is of the highest quality and the staff very kind and helpful.
