★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria in centro Nove, molto elegante e buona con vasta scelta di dolciumi ( senza glutine, cioccolatini, panettoni,paste,biscottini ect.....), anche se per quanto riguarda le brioches le trovo poco focacciose e con troppo burro (non ci sono brioches vegane). L'ambiente è molto curato e ricco di particolari, con sedute molto comode. Personale numeroso, ma un po' lento per quanto riguarda il servizio ai tavoli, veloce invece al banco. Parcheggio scomodo e per poche auto ( in alternativa si parcheggia in piazza e si fanno due passi). Prezzi onesti.
Pastry shop in the center of Nove, very elegant and good with a wide choice of sweets (gluten-free, chocolates, panettone, pastries, biscuits ect .....), although as far as brioches are concerned, I find them not very focaccia and with too much butter (not there are vegan brioches). The environment is very nice and rich in details, with very comfortable seats. Large staff, but a little slow with regards to table service, quick instead at the counter. Uncomfortable parking and for a few cars (alternatively you can park in the square and take a few steps). Honest prices.

Arriviamo per una colazione in un gruppo di 7 persone, e dopo svariato tempo ci viene portata al tavolo solo metà dell'ordinazione perché "il fatto è che le brioches sono finite". Mentre i clienti del tavolo affianco, arrivati dopo di noi, hanno ordinato e ricevuto gli stessi prodotti che poco prima ci sono stati negati. Arrivati in cassa, nel conto risultavano anche i prodotti che non avevamo consumato e come scuse ci viene detto che per la prossima volta è meglio prenotare l'ordinazione (non il posto al tavolo) per tempo.
In conclusione si denotano grosse lacune di organizzazione e comunicazione all'interno dell'attività.
Great products but poor service. We arrive for breakfast in a group of 7 people, and after varying time we are brought to the table only half of the order because "the fact is that the croissants are finished". While the customers at the next table, who arrived after us, ordered and received the same products that were denied us shortly before. When we arrived at the cashier, the bill also included the products we had not consumed and as an apology we are told that for the next time it is better to book the order (not the seat at the table) in time.
In conclusion, there are large gaps in organization and communication within the activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente abituale e settimanale di questa pasticceria, paste sempre buonissime, una delle migliori pasticcerie del territorio.
Oggi come ogni domenica mi reco a prendere le pastine è noto che tutte le pastine sono stata ridotte di dimensione se non dimezzate, mantenendo lo stesso prezzo. E alla mia osservazione mi è stato risposto che non è vero e che sono sempre le solite.
Con questo comportamento perdete i clienti abituali, peccato, sono un po’ deluso, anche della risposta data alla mia domanda.
P.S. Basta notare il biscotto alla marmellata e la frolla con le mele.
Regular and weekly customer of this pastry shop, always delicious pastries, one of the best pastry shops in the area.
Today, like every Sunday, I go to get the pasta it is known that all the pasta has been reduced in size if not halved, keeping the same price. And to my observation I was told that it is not true and that they are always the same.
With this behavior you lose your regular customers, too bad, I'm a little disappointed, even with the answer given to my question.
P.S. Just note the jam biscuit and the shortcrust pastry with apples.
