 Best patisserie in the neighborhood hands down. One of the top 10 in Rome. Other than those half caxate of crystals or similar stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se c'era un compleanno o qualcosa da festeggiare i miei nonni non avevano dubbi, millefoglie con crema zabajone di Ghimenti. Ora che i nonni non ci sono più, dopo 40 anni Ghimenti rimane il ricordo dei dolci di quel tempo che ancora quando capita torno ad assaporare con gioia. Prodotti freschissime e mani sapienti senza fronzoli.
If there was a birthday or something to celebrate, my grandparents had no doubts, millefeuille with zabajone di Ghimenti cream. Now that the grandparents are gone, after 40 years Ghimenti remains the memory of the desserts of that time that I still enjoy with joy when it happens. Very fresh products and skilled hands without frills.
