Mi ricordo che da piccolo (quasi fine anni 80) mio padre aveva sempre l'abitudine (abitavamo in zona) la domenica a pranzo di portare le pastarelle. Adoravo i Bavaresi, le paste al cioccolato, i trabucos gelati. I titolari, il Sig. Giovanni e la Sig.ra Maria si dedicavano con estrema passione per soddisfare i palati dei clienti. Un giorno mio padre comprò un profiteroles e da quel momento me ne sono innamorato. A distanza di oltre 40 anni, il figlio Edoardo continua la tradizione di famiglia insieme alla madre nel fare, tra l'altro, profiteroles che per quanto mi riguarda sono i migliori che abbia mai sperimentato... p.s. fidatevi... ne ho sperimentati sia in Italia che all'estero ma nessuno si avvicinava al sapore... Riepilogando oggi. Profiteroles su ordinazione per 6 persone al costo di 27 euro. Godetevi la galleria scontrino compreso. SPECIAL PASTRY for SPECIAL OCCASIONS ...
