★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pasticceria storica di riferimento, in particolare per la loro torta tipica.
Ho solo qualche riserva sul fatto che avendo anche il bar, di solito, le brioche finiscono sempre troppo presto. Sicuramente se uno arriva alle 10 deve "ripiegare" su una pasta, per carità anche quelle buone ma naturalmente sono fredde e non si addicono alla colazione. Dovrebbero essere disponibili almeno tutta la mattinata. Non penso sia "tirchieria" per timore di non venderle ma gradirei una spiegazione che non sia " non sappiamo dove metterle"?. Grazie e buon lavoro?
