★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo é rimasto solo il nome. Mio marito ha comprato una crostata al cioccolato e non si sente la differenza con una crostata qualsiasi industriale comprata al supermercato. Prodotto commerciale e non artigianale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi giorni mi sono fermato nel punto vendita di via xx, inizialmente ero sorpreso e ho apprezzato il fatto che avessero messo dei tavoli per consumare comodamente i loro prodotti, poi però ho notato con mio grande dispiacere la difficoltà della commessa nel gestire la situazione, tra i vari clienti al banco e le ordinazioni che riceveva dai ragazzi del bar per i clienti al tavolo. La commessa non si è persa d'animo e continuava ad essere gentile con tutti nonostante le continue lamentele dei clienti in coda. È un peccato, perché forse basterebbe una persona in più per rendere veramente piacevole acquistare prodotti e fare colazione qui in via XX, in una pasticceria storica e alla quale in tanti siamo affezionati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono seduto al tavolino e sono stato ignorato per un’ora. Ci sono state portate solo le bevande dal bar che condivide i tavolini con la pasticceria. Le 2 impiegate ci hanno visto diverse volte, ma non si sono mai degnate di chiedere nulla. La parte più incredibile è che sono uscite a sistemare le sedie lasciate dagli altri clienti e ci giravano intorno senza neanche guardarci.
Cambiate impiegati o istruiteli come si deve o pagateli di più. Delusione.
I sat at the table and was ignored for an hour. We were only brought drinks from the bar which shares the tables with the pastry shop. The 2 employees saw us several times, but never bothered to ask for anything. The most incredible part is that they went out to fix the chairs left by the other customers and walked around them without even looking at us.
Change employees or educate them properly or pay them more. Disappointment.
