Durante le sedute di massoterapia riesce a mettere a proprio agio la clientela anche quella più imbarazzata (me compresa ?). Spesso, chiedo ad Eleonora sedute di massaggio decontratturante per la zona delle spalle, dalla parte lombare e la cara e vecchia cervicale ?. Passo molto tempo al PC e quando effettuo una seduta rilassante di terapia, subito dopo una seduta, l'effetto di benessere è molto soddisfacente.
Per quanto riguarda la parte di personal training, Eleonora è in grado di mettersi in gioco ed affrontare nuove esperienze. Mi ha aiutato moltissimo a migliorare la coordinazione dei movimenti, la tonificazione della muscolatura, la resistenza e, soprattutto, mi ha regalato (anche se ho dovuto sudare 7 camice) la definizione dei lineamenti del corpo e della forme. Personalmente, sono quattro anni che lavoro con Eleonora. Lei punta a fare lavorare molto i suoi clienti sui cosiddetti punti 'critici'. Occorre essere predisposti alla fatica e al sudore (nei limiti della norma ?) per fare emergere i risultati. Se hai voglia di divertirti e metterti in gioco, Eleonora è l'insegnante adatta.

I met Eleonora thanks to a friend of mine who recommended her treatments. excellent advice! First of all she is a sunny girl, very helpful, kind, very professional and has golden hands! I tried two treatments, a back decontracting and a leg draining one and the results were excellent! I play sports, I am always in a rush between work and family, I never stop, I suffer from water retention and I was blocked to say the least ...
