Il personale è sempre gentile e pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Dulcis in fundo, hanno anche i prezzi molto bassi.
Se potessi darei 100 stelle altro che 5, siete i migliori!
 My favorite bakery! Very high quality, very fresh desserts and a wide selection of cakes, pastries and REAL Neapolitan specialties. Casatiello and Pastiera very good (addictive)
The staff is always kind and ready to satisfy every request. Dulcis in fundo, they also have very low prices.

Non siete stati per niente professionali, mi avete consegnato una torta diversa da quella accordata.
D’altronde ho puntualizzato senza cioccolato, e trovo la scritta di compleanno in cioccolato, se una persona fosse stata allergica, che figura ci avrei fatto.
Oltretutto il pan di spagna è completamente asciutto, non è stato bagnato, mi spiace dirlo ma assomiglia a una di quelle confezionate del supermercato.
Richiedo la torta per 4 persone e mi fate una per almeno 10 persone, cambiando anche il listino di prezzo, se vi divertite a prendere per i fondelli i clienti.. inaccettabile

You weren't professional at all, you gave me a different cake than the one agreed.
On the other hand, I pointed out without chocolate, and I find the birthday written in chocolate, if a person had been allergic, what would I have made of it.
Besides, the sponge cake is completely dry, it hasn't been wet, I'm sorry to say but it looks like one of the packaged ones from the supermarket.
I request the cake for 4 people and you make me one for at least 10 people, also changing the price list, if you enjoy taking customers for a ride .. unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Caprese intagliabile, una volta tagliata immangiabile, durezza simile al legno sapore indefinibile. Probabilmente vecchia e abbastanza bruciata. Pagata poco, ma soldi buttati. Non capisco come fa ad essere aperto un posto così che si spaccia per pasticceria. Mai più
Bad experience. Caprese carvable, once cut inedible, hardness similar to wood indefinable flavor. Probably old and quite burnt. Paid little, but money wasted. I don't understand how a place that passes itself off as a pastry shop can be opened. Never again
