Punto di forza è la lavorazione artigianale della mandorla locale: pasta riccia, colombine, ripiene con zuccata, rustici e croccantini uno più delizioso dell'altro. Ma non passa inosservata la grande varietà di dolci e il loro soave ed invitante profumo, pasticceria grande e mignon il tutto freschissimo. Ottime anche le creme alla mandorla e al pistacchio da spalmare e le scorze di arancio caramellato con un tocco di cioccolato.
