★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno che mi sono recata in questa farmacia c'erano due persone, un uomo e una donna. La signora sembrava completamente assente, le ho dovuto dire io cosa desiderassi, ha mostrato accoglienza zero.
Il signore, invece, ha mostrato disponibilità e cortesia.
Al di là di questo, ho ordinato 3 farmaci (di cui uno da preparare), per cui ho chiesto di richiamarmi appena sarebbero stati disponibili tutti i prodotti. Mi hanno richiamata chiedendo di andarli a ritirare e al pagamento ho scoperto che un farmaco non era arrivato né sarebbe mai arrivato. Avrebbero potuto comunicarlo prima, invece di farmi attendere inutilmente, almeno avrei contattato un'altra farmacia.
The day I went to this pharmacy there were two people, a man and a woman. The lady seemed completely absent, I had to tell her what I wanted, she showed zero acceptance.
The gentleman, on the other hand, showed availability and courtesy.
Beyond this, I ordered 3 drugs (one of which to be prepared), so I asked to call me back as soon as all the products were available. They called me back asking to go and collect them and upon payment I discovered that a drug had not arrived nor would ever arrive. They could have communicated it earlier, instead of making me wait in vain, at least I would have contacted another pharmacy.
