Tutto buono in questo negozio e quando ci torno da fuori è come fare una rimpatriata nella tradizione bolognese: tagliatelle, torta di riso, tortelloni, gnocchi e le lasagne poi...sono la fine del mondo. I buy tortellini as my mom did and I give them to friends who are not from Bologna and who are crazy about it. All good in this shop and when I come back from outside it's like doing a repatriation in the Bolognese tradition: tagliatelle, rice cake, tortelloni, gnocchi and lasagna then ... are the end of the world.

Qui si trovano paste fresche (tortellini da urlo, tortelloni, lasagne!). Ma non dimentico la Pasta e fagioli! La sfoglia è RIGOROSAMENTE TIRATA con il mattarello. Tirano con grande maestria delle sfoglie che paiono lenzuoli tanto sono grandi ???. Preparano anche dei secondi. In inverno provate la Trippa! Pizze e pane fatto da loro! Per i dolci sono legate anche alla stagionalità. Sfrappole leggere come piume per Carnevale. Panone Natalizio superlativo. Biscotti e dolci sempre pronti e golosi (la torta di riso è alla vera Bolognese!). La loro Zuppa Inglese è da applausi ??. Rapporto qualità-prezzi assolutamente equo. AVREI TANTOOOOO DA AGGIUNGERE MA PURTROPPO MANCA LO SPAZIO ! ANDATE PROVATE E MI DARETE RAGIONE! ? Store that can be defined as "Historic"! Che dire, 5 stelle senza alcun dubbio, dato che i biscottini e i mignon dolci sono super appetitosi e leggerissimi da digerire, cosa ormai rara da trovare nei prodotti sia da forno che artigianali. Tutto questo è indice di ottima qualità e di ingredienti appropriati. Provata anche la trippa, una delizia per il palato, quindi che aspettate? Io ve lo consiglio vivamente!! I have been using this shop for a long time, with the flavor of "Bologna that no longer exists".
