Pasqualina è una donna disponibile e cordiale e propone una cucina locale classica ma anche ricercata. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare le sue splendide pietanze, dagli antipasti di montagna, alla pasta fresca fatta in casa, le carni gustose e le verdure saporite. Tutto splendidamente cucinato e ordinatamente presentato. Una ulteriore nota positiva è dovuta al rispetto ferreo delle norme anti covid. Ho assistito pasqualina rifiutare a malincuore ma con garbo numerose richieste di prenotazione, per garantire il distanziamento sociale. I miei più bei complimenti a Pasqualina e al suo staff! For two years with my family I frequent this restaurant and stay in the annexed structure "il ginepro d'abbruzzo", always under the same management. Pasqualina is a helpful and friendly woman and offers classic but also refined local cuisine. I had the opportunity to taste his splendid dishes, from mountain appetizers, to fresh homemade pasta, tasty meats and tasty vegetables. All beautifully cooked and neatly presented. A further positive note is due to the strict compliance with the anti covid rules. I witnessed Pasqualina reluctantly but gracefully refuse numerous booking requests, to ensure social distancing. My best compliments to Pasqualina and her staff!

Pappardelle ai grani antichi porcini e tartufo buonissime!! Nice place! Excellent welcome from the owner and staff. Abundant and genuine dishes. N	Nazzareno Gionni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pranzo dopo una mattinata di sci a campo felice (10 minuti di auto), locale e bagni belli e puliti, sono stati disponibili ad aspettarci fino al nostro arrivo alle 14 nonostante fosse un giovedì, accolti con gentilezza e un bel crostino con ricotta e prosciutto di benvenuto offerto. Ottimi il resto dei piatti ordinati con materie prime di stagione, menzione speciale per il tortino al cioccolato ? (cottura di 15 min, quindi non il solito tortino riscaldato al microonde). Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Una piacevole scoperta che ci riporterà a tornare sicuramente. Excellent lunch after a morning of skiing in campo felice (10 minutes by car), nice and clean room and bathrooms, they were available to wait for us until our arrival at 14 even though it was a Thursday, greeted with kindness and a nice crouton with ricotta and welcome ham offered. The rest of the dishes ordered with seasonal raw materials are excellent, special mention for the chocolate cake ? (cooking for 15 min, so not the usual cake heated in the microwave). The value for money is also excellent. A pleasant discovery that will bring us back for sure.

Personale cortese e molto attento alla sala. Appena ne avrò l’occasione tornerò molto volentieri. Complimenti! Siamo stati a pranzo due gg di seguito e il menù era invariato , abbiamo però provato pietanze diverse e diversi dolci presentati bene e ottimi. Prezzi giusti. Lo consiglio!! Ritorneremo sicuramente. The restaurant is small but the cuisine and service are excellent. We had lunch two days in a row and the menu was unchanged, but we tried different dishes and different desserts presented well and excellent. Fair prices. I advise!! We will definitely be going back.

Cordialità, calore, buon cibo ed ottimo vino, tutto ciò e il ristorante "Da Pasqualina". Ora che ha cambiato luogo, è ancora più bello, ed oltre al ristorante c'è anche il resort il "Ginepro d'Abruzzo" dove poter pernottare. Accessibile anche hai portatori di handicap, il parcheggio è privato. Andarli a visitare è sempre un piacere A Casamaina is an institution !!
