La qualità del prodotto e la qualità della lavorazione è assolutamente importante. Due piccoli inconvenienti: il tempo di attesa un tantino lungo. Ed è arrivato un primo piatto diverso da quello ordinato. Si sono scusati e devo aggiungere che questo piatto non è stato inserito nel conto! La passione e la qualità traspare. Qualche accorgimento per la quinta stella. Ma complimenti in ogni caso. We ate well in a completely renovated restaurant near the port. The quality of the product and the quality of the workmanship is absolutely important. Two small drawbacks: the waiting time a bit long. And a first course other than the one ordered arrived. They apologized and I must add that this dish was not included in the bill! Passion and quality shines through. A few tricks for the fifth star. But congratulations in any case.
P	Peppe Billo Mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, siamo usciti da questo bellissimo posto con il sapore del mare in bocca, e non ovunque succede, titolare e staff molto professionali, bravi, gentili, cucina top e clima accogliente e tranquillo. Un po come a casa propria insomma. Faccio avanti e indietro da sciacca in continuazione, ben presto Sciacca tornerà ad essere dimora fissa, e sicuramente diventerà il mio posto abitudinario. Ancora complimenti ragazzi per tutto quanto, ci rivedremo presto!! V	Valeria Di Giovanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non basta avere bei piatti. Devono anche essere buoni al palato. Entrambi o primi (busiate con pesto e gambero e sedanini con le sarde) erano scotte. La grigliata di pesce discreta ma era sciapa!! La frittura di pesce senza infamia e senza lode. Ben fornita la carta dei vini. Mi dispiace per i gestori ma la concorrenza a Sciacca è veramente di alto livello. Bisogna migliorare per poter essere all'altezza. It is not enough to have nice dishes. They must also be good on the palate. Both or first courses (busiate with pesto and shrimp and sedanini with sardines) were overcooked. The grilled fish is decent but it was sciapa !! The fried fish without infamy and without praise. The wine list is well stocked. I'm sorry for the managers but the competition in Sciacca is really high level. You have to improve in order to be up to it.

Porzioni abbondanti e cibo buono. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. A livello di servizio e tempi si può migliorare, ma essendo solo in due in sala non è facile star dietro a tutto. Voto 5 di incoraggiamento a continuare così e a mettere a posto alcuni aspetti di contorno. Consigliato! We ate well and went out super full. We tried the menu consisting of appetizer + first course + second course + dessert + glass of wine, water and coffee for € 30. Large portions and good food. Excellent quality / price ratio. There is room for improvement in terms of service and timing, but being only two in the room it is not easy to keep up with everything. Grade 5 of encouragement to continue like this and to put in place some outline aspects. Recommended!
