L'auto era in deposito da loro in attesa del consulente assicurativo che è arrivato il secondo giorno. Hanno simpaticamente pensato di non avvisarci e lasciare che ci accorgessimo chiamando noi dopo 10 giorni senza notizie. Era prevista la possibilità di farmi portare a casa (raggio 50km) ma non ha avuo ragioni volendo trasportarmi solo al suo deposito per poi lascairmi fuori dal cancello che mi arrangiassi chiamando qualcuno. Il tutto condito con maleducazione ed arroganza. Spero non capiti anche a voi, è un peccato che questi soggetti godano di un privilegio di monopolio solo perchè sono gli unici autorizzati ad intervenire in autostrada. Inoltre in un primo momento ti presentano una situazione tragica, immagini già di dover vendere un rene per pagare il lavoro finale. Poi arriva il preventivo e ti basta .....accendere un mutuo. Allora chiedi di fare il minimo indispensabile per poter portare fuori dall'officina il tuo mezzo e ti rispondono che allora non fanno niente. Molti ci cascano....ma non tutti!
