★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Jean Louis David at the beginning of March and was pleasantly surprised by the skill of the hair dresser that dyed my hair and created beautiful flowing ombre gradient from chocolate brown roots to deep red hair ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got out of the shop crying. Paid for lots of stuff I didn’t ask for. What the hell is is a “fitness” treatment and who asked for it. Tasteless haircut. Asked her to cut my hair a little bit, she chopped them off. Never going to come back.

I was charged for 1Ker-Sh EURO 4.OO 1 Ker-mask euro 5.00 1 Gloss(!!!!!no idea what this was)euro 21.00 -i never asked for any of the .

On top of that I paid euro 1 contrasti euro 56.00 1 colore no Amm euro 46.00and 1 taglio +piega euro 52.00.
I travel the world and I have NEVER paid this amount for my hair. It was okay but nothing special but the price was outrageous.
I wrote to them to get an explanation for the charges I received and I gave heard NOTHING.
So if you go to this salon in Florence please be sure to ask for the price first and tell them under NO circumstances do you require anything extra.-otherwise you will need to take out a mortgage to pay for it. A Total RIP OFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst haircut ive ever gotten, especially for the price I paid. Just unacceptable. Not only did the hairdresser completely disregard everything I said I wanted, she made my bob very uneven, and cut the back of my neck so bad with the razor. Will not be coming back here.
