Dopo più di un h di attesa rispetto all'appuntamento,hanno fatto accomodare una loro cliente abituale che aveva appuntamento dopo,non mi hanno degnato di una parola e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni la risposta è stata cosa vuoi che ti dica.Per cui non posso ne mai potrò giudicare il servizio ma la maleducazione quella si.
First time I went to this salon.
After more than an hour of waiting for the appointment, they made a regular customer who had an appointment later, they didn't deign to me a word and when I asked for an explanation the answer was what do you want me to tell you. I will never be able to judge the service but the rudeness that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior taglio della mia vita. Ho chiesto una scalatura per dare volume ad un riccio ormai appiattito, il risultato è stato una chioma su due livelli, tipo primo e secondo piano. Nessuna simmetria, nessuna proporzione. Punte svuotate e capello in condizioni pessime. Bocciato!
Worst cut of my life. I asked for a scaling to give volume to a now flattened hedgehog, the result was a hair on two levels, type first and second floor. No symmetry, no proportion. Tips emptied and hair in poor condition. Failed!
