Dopo 30 minuti si scusano per l’attesa, dopo altri 15 minuti c’è ancora da aspettare ma se voglio posso farmi tagliare i capelli da un’altro! Ho ringraziato e me ne sono andato. Hanno anche avuto il coraggio di dirmi “quando sei comodo richiama”. Durante l’attesa neanche la cortesia di offrire un caffè o un bicchiere d’acqua! Disrespectful and rude. At the third appointment taken well in advance, punctual arrival make me sit down. After 30 minutes they apologize for the wait, after another 15 minutes there is still to wait but if I want I can have my hair cut by another! I thanked him and left. They also had the courage to tell me "when you are comfortable, call back". During the wait, not even the courtesy to offer a coffee or a glass of water!

Tutto lo staff é bravissimo, ma la mia preferita è Francesca che oltre a fare acconciature meravigliose, trucca magnificamente. Consigliato per future spose. My monthly SPA, where I can totally relax with a massage during the wash. Luca is the God of my hair, never found a more beautiful place. All the staff are very good, but my favorite is Francesca who, in addition to making wonderful hairstyles, does beautifully. Recommended for future brides.
