The Parish Church of San Giorgio was built after the destruction of the town at the beginning of the 14th century. During the second half of the eighteenth century the church was renovated and enlarged.
It has a large single nave and side chapels, in 1866 a couple of chapels were destroyed to build the presbytery and the choir that "greatly disfigured - says the Lebole - the line and elegance of the eighteenth century building".
Worthy of mention are the high altar and the balustrade of the first half of the eighteenth century, apparently, by Carlo Geronimo Argenti of ViggiΓΉ.
