Per recupero crediti di aziende grandi, Vodafone non mi fa recedere dal servizio alla notizia che nella nuova casa non arriva la loro linea, ma mi offre 6 mesi di offerta a costo 0 aspettando che arrivi qualcosa di meglio nella mia zona... Passano i 6 mesi nessuno si fa sentire dopo un anno mi chiedono l insoluto delle fatture non pagate di un servizio mai avuto e non per mia volontà...chiudo il contratto dopo più di due anni ancora mi chiede l insoluto e fa l asta te lo propongo a 100 ma dai ridicoli... Noi moriamo di fame Co sto covid che non ci fa lavorare e loro approfittano della povera gente... Capisco che è il vostro lavoro ma perché truffare spacciandosi x dottori Menomale che sei Na dottoressa They call presenting themselves as doctors ... Qui siamo all'estorsione vera e propria e non capisco come possano esistere queste realtà supportate da aziende grandi come Vodafone. They are at the limit of legality, do not respond to emails requesting clarification and continue to call on the phone to put psychological pressure. Here we are real extortion and I don't understand how these realities can exist supported by big companies like Vodafone.

Ho contattato gli operatori e mi hanno detto di non aver nulla a che fare con nessuna White star, perché hanno un recupero crediti interno. Ho chiamato Vodafone svariate volte per la disdetta, ma quando citavo di voler disdire, mi veniva riattaccato il telefono, per almeno 15 volte così. 3 anni con Vodafone, a pagare un servizio che ha funzionato per 1 anno totale, con il passaggio da 30 euro a 80 e infine 140 euro di bolletta mensile. Quando sono riuscito a contattarli per pagare, per ben 4 volte mi han detto che mi sarebbero arrivati i bollettini tramite mail in 15 minuti, sono passati mesi, mai ricevuto nulla. Vodafone dovrebbe fallire in quanto ladri di prima categoria. Sinceramente se continuano a riattaccare vuol dire che non hanno interesse e perché mai dovrei essere interessato io a pagare.
