Sono passata due volte e tutte due volte mi hanno fatto aspettare fuori 20 minuti senza dire niente o riconosce che aspettavo. Una volta che sono entrata, non mi hanno mai mandato il preventivo. Very bad and unprofessional. Rude people. I went twice and they made me wait 20 minutes twice without saying anything or acknowledging that I was waiting. Once I entered, they never sent me a quote.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere cambiamenti sul preventivo diverse volte, e abbiamo dovuto ridurre la fornitura all’ultimo momento per sopravvenute difficoltà in fase di ristrutturazione della nostra casa, questo quando Andrea aveva già ordinato il battiscopa e predisposto la fornitura per la spedizione; Andrea ha risposto sempre in modo pronto e gentile anche mentre era in vacanza dicendoci che al suo rientro avremmo sistemato il tutto senza problemi. Al suo rientro mi ha spedito la fornitura senza che noi versassimo nemmeno un euro di acconto in totale fiducia per evitare che avessimo ritardi con il posatore. Il parquet è arrivato prima del previsto, bellissimo integro e di qualità. Consigliamo vivamente Kaoss. We had to ask for changes in the estimate several times, and we had to reduce the supply at the last moment due to difficulties in the renovation of our home, this when Andrea had already ordered the skirting board and prepared the supply for shipment; Andrea always responded promptly and kindly even while he was on vacation, telling us that when he came back we would have arranged everything without problems. On his return he sent me the supply without us paying even a euro down payment in total confidence to avoid delays with the installer. The parquet arrived earlier than expected, beautiful, intact and of quality. We highly recommend Kaoss.
