Qualitá scadente del prodotto.
Sono rimasta molto delusa.

Mi sono rivolto al negozio iperceramica di torre Annunziata per la ristrutturazione della mia casa e devo dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del rapporto prezzo qualità dei materiali e della vasta scelta che il negozio propone.
Tempi di consegna rispettati nonostante il periodo covid.
Un grazie particolare va ai carissimi gentilissimi ed estremamente pazienti Roberto Stefano e Vincenzo che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere , grazie per i consigli che mi hanno dato e la professionalità dimostrata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato due termoarredi, tutti gli accessori indispensabili per il montaggio sono a parte. Infine, nel montaggio abbiamo scoperto che mancavano i tappi di chiusura indispensabili. I venditori, fanno i venditori e ovviamente non hanno competenze e non sanno dare risposte. Abbiamo dovuto comprare gli accessori in altro negozio specislizzato.
I bought two radiators, all the essential accessories for assembly are separate. Finally, during the assembly we discovered that the essential closing caps were missing. Salespeople are salespeople and obviously have no skills and don't know how to give answers. We had to buy the accessories in another specialized shop.
