Ho scelto quella che mi piaceva…,il ragazzo e andato in magazzino a prendere L scatola, pago ,,, vado via, arrivo a casa apro la mia radio …..SORPRESA!!! Aveva tutto il display graffiato ?…. Torno da loro , per farle vedere questa radio come me la hanno venduta …. Addirittura mi fanno capire che sono stata io a graffiarla….. per me la hanno cambiata in magazzino ? Bad service ,,, I went to buy a radio for my car…. I chose the one I liked ..., the boy went to the warehouse to take the box, I pay ,,, I go away, I get home I open my radio ... .. SURPRISE !!! It had all the display scratched ?…. I go back to them, to show you this radio as they sold it to me…. They even make me understand that it was I who scratched it ... .. for me they changed it in the warehouse ?

Forse, ma è una mia opinione, l'offerta è più variegata sui grandi elettrodomestici e sulla telefonia, che non sull'informatica. Da visitare perchè è comodo da raggiungere, perchè c'è un'enorme parcheggio e per l'offerta ampia. A store where it is difficult not to find what you are looking for. Very friendly staff and average prices. Perhaps, but it is my opinion, the offer is more varied on large appliances and telephony than on information technology. E tutto grazie a un personale eccellente, in primis Domenica, Melania e Francesco, persone disponibili e davvero attente a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, anche oltre quello che normalmente gli competerebbe. Ho comprato gli elettrodomestici per tutta la casa e mi sono trovata benissimo in quanto ad assistenza , infatti non esito neanche un attimo a recarmi da loro se devo comprare altro, complimenti!! The best electronics store at least within 50km! And all thanks to an excellent staff, first of all Domenica, Melania and Francesco, people available and really attentive to satisfying the customer's needs, even beyond what would normally be their responsibility. I bought the appliances for the whole house and I had a great time in terms of assistance, in fact I do not hesitate even for a moment to go to them if I have to buy anything else, congratulations!

Già dall'ingresso, l'addetto alla vigilanza si mostra gentile e accomodante, arrivo al reparto e - come solo nei film - si avvicina Fabio, l'addetto del reparto TV che mi chiede se può essere d'aiuto, io ci capisco ben poco e quindi incalzo con domande davvero improbabili alle quali lui risponde con gentilezza e cognizione di causa (dettaglio per niente scontato!). Nessuna fretta né sufficienza nei modi, chiarisce dubbi e dispensa suggerimenti utili e pratici. Le addette alla cassa, altrettanto gentili. Si potrebbe pensare che dovrebbe essere la normalità, ma sappiamo che così non è. ...che dire, se dovete compare qualche elettrodomestico, ve lo consiglio vivamente! Per concludere...grazie a tutti e, soprattutto, grazie a Fabio! Very satisfied! No hurry or sufficiency in the ways, he clarifies doubts and dispenses useful and practical suggestions. The cashier ladies, just as nice. You might think it should be normal, but we know it isn't. ... what to say, if you have to buy some household appliances, I highly recommend it! Questo negozio in particolare fa parte del gruppo Maximall Pompei a pochi passi del Leroy Merlin e dell' uscita autostradale, dotato di un parcheggio sia all'aperto che sotterraneo completamente gratuito. Nello specifico il negozio è strutturato su due piani ben sorvegliato all'ingresso. Al piano terra troviamo tutti i prodotti di elettronica come smartphone di ultima generazione, computer, tutti gli accessori per PC,WiFi e ripetitori, console (Xbox, play station, Nintendo ect.). Al piano superiore si accende tramite una scala mobile e troviamo tutti i prodotti per la casa come elettrodomestici di tutti i tipi di dimensione e colore, termoventilatori e condizionatori. Nello specifico negli ultimi mesi ho fatto dei veri e propri affari tra TV, stampante, un Chromebook e proprio ieri ho acquistato una Didiesse Frog. Prezzi devvero competitivi non solo tra i negozi fisici bensí anche quelli online. Servizio eccellente, il personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Consiglio davvero tanto. Euronics has always given me excellent opportunities. This shop in particular is part of the Maximall Pompei group within walking distance of the Leroy Merlin and the motorway exit, with both outdoor and underground parking completely free. Specifically, the shop is structured on two floors well guarded at the entrance. On the ground floor we find all the electronic products such as latest generation smartphones, computers, all accessories for PC, WiFi and repeaters, consoles (Xbox, play station, Nintendo ect.). Upstairs it is turned on via an escalator and we find all household products such as appliances of all types of size and color, fan heaters and air conditioners. Specifically in the last few months I have done some real business between TV, printer, a Chromebook and just yesterday I bought a Didiesse Frog. Prices must be competitive not only between physical stores but also online ones. Excellent service, trained and always available staff. I really recommend a lot.
