Abbiamo mangiato lo gnocco fritto con un tagliere misto di affettati e un primo di tagliolini alla carbonara con culatello e mia moglie anolini al parmigiano reggiano con culatello.
Ve lo consiglio davvero.

 We had lunch with my wife in this well-kept place with friendly and well-trained staff to give advice.
We ate the fried dumplings with a mixed platter of cold cuts and a first course of tagliolini alla carbonara with culatello and my wife anolini with parmigiano reggiano with culatello.
I really recommend it.
On the plate in the photo were the tagliolini alla carbonara ???

Provato sabato a pranzo durante una giornata di shopping al Settimo cielo retail park di Settimo Torinese
La cameriera ci ha accolto immediatamente e molto gentilmente, data la splendida giornata di sole, ci ha fatto accomodare all'esterno
mia moglie ha scelto le lasagne verdi gratinate al forno, eccellenti con un sapore ben bilanciato tra vari strati di pasta ragù e formaggio
Io ho scelto delle tagliatelle con culatello mantecate al burro e parmigiano, croccante il culatello e ottimo il gusto, anche se personalmente avrei preferito fossero più cremose
Il tutto accompagnato da un vino rosso fermo dei colli di Parma
Per due primi un dolce una bottiglia di vino da 0,375 acqua e caffè abbiamo speso €45
I prezzi sono superiori alla media ma anche la qualità degli ingredienti è superiore
Sicuramente ci torneremo per la degustazione di parmigiano da accompagnare allo gnocco fritto e agli splendidi taglieri di salumi

Tried on Saturday for lunch during a shopping day at the Settimo cielo retail park in Settimo Torinese
The waitress greeted us immediately and very kindly, given the beautiful sunny day, she made us sit outside
my wife chose the green lasagna au gratin in the oven, excellent with a well balanced flavor between various layers of pasta ragù and cheese
I chose tagliatelle with culatello creamed with butter and parmesan, crispy culatello and excellent taste, although personally I would have preferred they were more creamy
All accompanied by a still red wine from the Parma hills
For two first courses, a dessert, a 0.375 bottle of wine, water and coffee, we spent € 45
The prices are above average but the quality of the ingredients is also superior
We will definitely be back for the parmesan tasting to accompany the fried dumplings and the splendid cold cuts.

The food is good, the staff is super nice and attentive, very clean place. Parking is easy to find, being in a very large commercial area. "Everything" based on Parmesan cheese, raw ham and other Emilian specialties. Advised
