★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono andata per pagare una multa di mia figlia alle 10.30 e alle 11 ero ancora lì che aspettavo perché le tre postazioni erano tutte e tre a disposizione di chi aveva preso il biglietto per chiedere informazioni (tra l'altro tutte persone arrivate dopo di me e dopo un altro signore). Quando sono arrivate altre persone a chiedere informazioni e noi eravamo ancora lì ad aspettare ci siamo incavolati e il "gentile" ragazzo della cassa 3 ci ha detto che adesso erano impegnati a fare quello e se avevamo fretta di andare all'ufficio postale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2021 potrebbero anche mettere un centralino che ti mette in attesa e che ti dice quante persone hai davanti così uno può decidere d aspettare in linea.
Sono due giorni che chiamo l'ufficio contravvenzioni e non sono ancora riuscito a farmi rispondere.
