Non si riesce mai ha parlare al telefono,e se deve ritirare la recita o prenotare una visita deve fare un ora di fila I think the cup service doesn't have to be done answering. You never get to talk on the phone, and if you have to pick up the play or book a visit, you have to wait an hour in a row
P	Priscilla Coruzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho scelto il medico di base in questo complesso mi sono sempre trovata benissimo: tutto il personale della segreteria gentile e molto disponibile anche a indicare una modalità di contatto differente in caso di linee telefoniche occupate (ho sempre inviato mail e avuto risposte praticamente immediate); medico di base competente, attenta e che dedica il tempo giusto ad ogni paziente trattandolo con molta umanità come una persona e non solo un numero in coda da smaltire nel minor tempo possibile (al giorno d’oggi una rarità, e visto il periodo COVID, trovare un medico di base disposto a visitarti e dedicarti il tempo giusto è un miraggio). Non potrei essere più soddisfatta del servizio che qui viene dato ! Since I chose the general practitioner in this complex, I have always had a great time: all the staff of the secretariat are kind and very willing to indicate a different method of contact in case of busy telephone lines (I have always sent emails and had practically immediate answers ); competent, attentive general practitioner who dedicates the right time to each patient treating him with a lot of humanity as a person and not just a number in queue to be disposed of in the shortest possible time (nowadays a rarity, and given the COVID period, finding a general practitioner willing to visit you and give you the right time is a mirage). I couldn't be more satisfied with the service given here!

Non è possibile prenotare una visita se non recandosi sul posto! Ma la gente ha ben altro da fare che rimanere al telefono giornate intere!! Una presa per...per tutti i pazienti. Uno schifo davvero!! La peggior scelta che potessi fare!! Spero di poter cambiare al più presto!! I recently chose a doctor who is part of this group. Ghost secretaries who NEVER answer the phone. !! It is not possible to book a visit except by going there! But people have much more to do than stay on the phone for days! One plug for ... for all patients. Really disgusting !! The worst choice I could make !! Hope to change soon !!

Provo a contattare lo studio da questa mattina, ma ad ogni chiamata parte la gradevole musichetta che ha fatto da colonna sonora alla mia giornata. Peccato che dopo 5 minuti la musica si interrompe e la linea cade. Competent, courteous and professional doctors and staff, but obviously and sensationally underpowered staff. I have been trying to contact the studio this morning, but with every call the pleasant music that has been the soundtrack to my day starts. Too bad that after 5 minutes the music stops and the line drops.

Bisogna chiamare per prenotare visita con proprio medico, ma tutto ciò risulta impossibile visto l'assenza di segreterie o adetto/a al centralino. Anche le mail non le legge nessuno e non le passano ai medici di competenza. Pessimi. Switchboard does not exist. You have to call to book a visit with your doctor, but all this is impossible given the absence of secretariats or switchboard clerks. Even the e-mails are not read by anyone and they are not passed on to the competent doctors. Bad.
