Vergognoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo un posto auto dove lasciare la mia macchina regolarmente,avedo casa in via vittorio emanuele li ho contattati mentre stavano aprendo.
Sembravano molto disorganizzati ma ho cercato di dargli fiducia pensando che con un pò di tempo sarebbero migliorati.
Arrivata la macchina ho fissato un appuntamento per discutere dei termini,la persona non si presenta e non avverte.
Trovo un invece un altra persona una sorta di guardiano impresentabile che manco parla l'italiano e mi dice di lasciare la macchina e firmare un foglietto senza ulteriori spiegazioni.
Chiaramente me ne vado contatto il titolare che invece di capire che non è questo il modo di lavorare dà ragione al dipendente e mi liquida con la frase abbiamo 34 garage eventulamente non siamo adatti a lei!!!!
Si renda conto che per affidarle una macchina serve la fiducia del cliente.
Chiedete anche la doppia chiave per un fantomatico possibile incendio,fate un firmare un foglietto di tre righe che manco un bambino dell'asilo potrebbe fare.
Perchè un attività possa funzionare dovete essere presenti o almeno affidarsi a persone che sappiano fare il loro mestiere.
In parole povere diffidate da questo luogo di dilettanti allo sbaraglio.
I was looking for a parking space where to leave my car regularly, having a house in via vittorio emanuele I contacted them while they were opening.
They seemed very disorganized but I tried to trust them thinking that in a little time they would get better.
When the car arrived I made an appointment to discuss the terms, the person does not show up and does not warn.
On the other hand, I find another person a sort of unpresentable guardian who doesn't even speak Italian and tells me to leave the car and sign a piece of paper without further explanation.
Clearly I'm leaving, I contact the owner who, instead of understanding that this is not the way to work, agrees with the employee and dismisses me with the sentence we have 34 garages, possibly we are not suitable for her !!!!
Realize that to entrust you with a machine you need the trust of the customer.
Also ask for the double key for an elusive possible fire, sign a three-line piece of paper that not even a kindergarten child could do.
For an activity to work you must be present or at least rely on people who know how to do their job.
In other words, be wary of this place of amateurs in jeopardy.
