Il medico e' sicuramente molto competente.
La seconda visita, forse essendo un appuntamento extra in sede ospedaliera, con molti pazienti, fra cui uno molto prepotente e maleducato...
Diciamo che il medico, in tale situazione non ha potuto prestare, la necessaria attenzione alla patologia della paziente.
