Sono arrivata e mi trovo davanti una salita e un gradino alto 15 cm. La segretaria che è stata chiamata si è risentits del fatto che le ho detto che avevo avvisato del problema. Inoltre l'ascensore è quello degli anni 60. Come al solito non siamo neanche considerati.
