★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili e maleducati!!!!! Opportunisti! Avevamo concordato un prezzo, prima l’hanno negato, poi lo hanno confermato e alla fine hanno negato il periodo concordato e mi hanno fatto pagare un supplemento! Consiglio vivamente di non andare in questo parcheggio!!!!
Unreliable and rude !!!!! Opportunists! We had agreed on a price, first they denied it, then they confirmed it and in the end they denied the agreed period and they charged me a supplement! I highly recommend not going to this parking lot !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto l'autolavaggio: scarsa organizzazione, avevo prenotato il lavaggio telefonicamente 2 giorni prima e quando sono arrivato non risultava la prenotazione è ho dovuto insistere per ottenere il lavaggio. Lavaggio effettuato con fretta, gli interni erano ancora sporchi nei punti nascosti (ad esempio le pieghe della leva del cambio) e la macchina era ricoperta di gocce di cera. Tutto al costo 23€. Purtroppo me ne sono accorto ormai a casa in controluce (l'interno dell'autorimessa è buio e non mi sono accorto della cera). Personale in ogni modo molto gentile e disponibile, per questo una stella in più.
I value the car wash: poor organization, I had booked the wash by phone 2 days before and when I arrived the booking was not shown and I had to insist on getting the wash. Washing carried out in a hurry, the interiors were still dirty in the hidden points (for example the folds of the gear lever) and the machine was covered with drops of wax. All at a cost of € 23. Unfortunately I noticed it at home by now against the light (the inside of the garage is dark and I didn't notice the wax). Staff in every way very kind and helpful, so one more star.

Dodgy people. Greedy! Disastrous service and and not trustworthy.
Absolut negative experience.
Despite an agreement of price and period they made a mistake in the date and charged us extra €25 Euros for another day. As if €150 for 22 days wasn’t greedy enough.
Against what was agreed.
And you always find different people. Right hand doesn’t know what left hand does.
Shameful!
