Ho una piccola struttura ricettiva in zona, e mando lì sempre i miei ospiti, per la giornata é quello più conveniente e l'unico in zona con sorveglianza h24. Nessuno dei miei ospiti si é mai trovato male, ottimo!
I have a small accommodation facility in the area, and I always send my guests there, for the day it is the most convenient and the only one in the area with 24-hour surveillance. None of my guests have ever felt bad, great!

Nous nous sommes trompés de parking : nous avons tourné à gauche au numéro 13 au lieu de prendre à droite au numéro 10. Bilan : 12€ les 4 heures à 35 minutes à pied du centre ce n'est pas un bon plan. Puis surtout pourquoi ne pas afficher le bon tarif au niveau de la rue en mettant bien en avant que le parking est surveillé (pour justifier le prix). Il suffit d'être honnête. Ce n'est pas pour les 3€ qu'on a payé en plus mais cette sensation de se faire arnaquer est vraiment désagréable.
We took the wrong car park: we turned left at number 13 instead of turning right at number 10. Conclusion: € 12 for 4 hours, 35 minutes on foot from the center, it's not a good plan. Then above all, why not display the right price at street level by emphasizing that the parking lot is guarded (to justify the price). You just have to be honest. It is not for the 3 € that we paid more but this feeling of being ripped off is really unpleasant.

È assolutamente da evitare, piccolo e brutto, e chiedono 4 euro all'ora, troppo caro.

Un'esperienza terribile. Ho telefonato nella giornata di venerdì per prenotare un parcheggio la sera, un paio d'ore a partire dalle 19:30 circa per assistere a uno spettacolo alla Fabbrica del Vapore. Arrivato in orario ho dovuto attendere più di 20 minuti prima che l'addetto mi consegnasse la ricevuta necessaria per il ritiro e prendesse le chiavi. Credevo fosse la cosa peggiore. Peccato che al ritiro, non trovando le chiavi (con un addetto diverso) abbia dovuto cercare la mia auto in mezzo a decine di altre. Ma non è finita. Finalmente trovata, noto che il cofano motore sembra leggermente sollevato su un angolo e una volta a casa decido di aprirlo per controllare: trovo il coperchio del vano fusibili appoggiato sotto alla scocca, deformato e rovinato, tanto da aver leggermente deformato anche il cofano che non si chiude più a livello. E' evidente che per qualche motivo inspiegabile sia stata fatta scaricare la batteria, è stato necessario collegarla per farla ripartire e poi chi se n'è occupato non ha avuto il buonsenso di controllare prima di richiudere il cofano, lasciando quel coperchio appoggiato e facendo sì che si deformasse il tutto. Il concessionario il giorno dopo ha dovuto sistemare come poteva per evitare che in caso di pioggia entri acqua nel motore. Un disastro.
A terrible experience. I phoned on Friday to book a parking space in the evening, a couple of hours starting at around 7:30 pm to watch a show at the Fabbrica del Vapore. Arrived on time I had to wait more than 20 minutes before the clerk gave me the receipt necessary for the collection and took the keys. I thought it was the worst. Too bad that at the withdrawal, not finding the keys (with a different employee), I had to look for my car among dozens of others. But that's not all. Finally found, I notice that the bonnet seems slightly raised on a corner and once at home I decide to open it to check: I find the cover of the fuse compartment resting under the body, deformed and damaged, so much so that it has also slightly deformed the bonnet that does not it closes more level. It is evident that for some inexplicable reason the battery was discharged, it was necessary to connect it to restart it and then whoever took care of it did not have the sense to check before closing the hood, leaving that lid resting and doing yes that the whole is deformed. The dealer the next day had to fix as he could to prevent water from entering the engine in case of rain. A disaster.

Very convenient parking in China Town, the car park is secured and the prices are ok for the area. The entrance/exit is a bit narrow and used for both ways, however it has a traffic light that helps.

Attention Fraud!!! Don't park there, we had to pay 4€ per hour and not 1€ as indicated on the sign! We had to pay 22€ Euro in the end. When we asked why we had to pay so much, we were told that the price only counts for motorcycles and not for cars. The employees are very rude and are not aware of their obvious fraud and will do anything.

Scumbag scam artists. The price board says €2/hour, then when you pay, they show you that “moto” has been added in sharpie to the board, and that the price for cars is actually €4/hour, which is not listed anywhere or mentioned when you park. Shame on you, bad human beings.
