★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointing park. It needs a lot of maintenance, raking and general cleaning. Loose dogs wandering around the park, obviously no leash requirements. It does have security cameras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent piece of natural public land a few blocks from center. Poorly maintained. City could attract more tourists to lounge and picnic while watching everyday Modenese stroll about. Instead of a 1/2 day stop, tourists may make Modena a full day stop. Classic example of Italian municipalities failing to make their public parks in prime locations a top priority.
