★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family owned Park Hotel Villa Guistinian is juat such a realy place, Itlaian family makes you feel so welcome . The gardens are jhst so tranquil and the beuatiful Pool Club is a must to swim in .. You can have a small lunch under the Bagola and feel part of the garden ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idyllic Venetian villa hotel set in marvelous surroundings with excellent pool and jacuzzi facilities Gabrielle is a charming host and goes beyond to please. Rooms in main villa are tastefully decorated in a grand style. Sunken tub in piano mobile suite is a delight. No restaurant but there is a good pizzeria directly across the street from hotel entrance. Much better than 3 star rating would suggest. Charming staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are only small if you get an economy room. Maid service every day. Clean sheets and towels every day. Pool towels provided. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Free bikes to explore local area. Good placement between towns and 40 min bus ride to Venice. Bus outside hotel. Tickets inside. You must but all tickets before riding on buses. Cannot pay on bus. Bar and restaurant available. Pool clean and often empty. Peaceful bliss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, set in lovely grounds the staff were welcoming and friendly. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent and excellent value for money. Only 40mins on a local bus into Venice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and made my partner and I very comfortable during our stay. They helped us daily when it came to us going into the city or needing bus tickets. Room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was amazing!

Breakfast was lovely, drinks fantastically priced.
Staff very friendly and nothing was to much for them.
Looking forward to book our next holiday with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel I have ever been. We were very busy to get rid of the beetles in the room. This was an endless work - there were at least 50 beetles I threw out of the room during 2 nights. But without the beetles the rooms need an urgent renovation. If at least the breakfast would have been good. I really do not need a lot to be happy, but at least I would like to have some bread. But even at 8 o'clock in the morning there was no bread available.
