β β β β β The regular service you expect in a 3-star hotel was lacking. For example: no extra pillows, no safe/locker in the room, breakfast was very minimal, and the AC/heating was very irregular. The hotel is also not well insulated for sound. Two of our three nights we were kept awake by either screaming couples, or couples who were having a lot of fun together. The location itself was also not too great, requiring a 30 minute bus ride to get to Venice. The shower was very nice though.

β β β β β Quite some noise on the hallway and from the room above. And I am a person that usually has no problems with sleeping in noisy areas. Good breakfast but can use some more bread varieties. The machinery (coffee, juice) leaves a peculiar taste (cleaning). We booked this hotel using a combo ticket (together with a flight). Afterwards I looked up the price per night. Given the price and what you get (facilities) it is a rather cheap price. You have a fridge, a locker, even a hair dryer. The only thing that truly brothers is the noise during the night. They are also very helpful guiding you to Venice or a good restaurant.

β β β β β Too early checkout (10.30), no outlet in the room for regular appliances only chargers, had to leave card at the reception while leaving the hotel, went to the car to pick some stuff and receptionist was already afraid I am leaving hotel with my room card.

β β β β β Great location, the only place in the whole Italy (in my opinion) where the staff speaks english! There are means of communiction just outside this hotel that take you to Venice and the train station. We knew that the window must be closed so that the AC could work so there was no problem with that. We visited a few places in Italy and no one could speak english, so i enjoyed the possibility that someone understands my questions and i can communicate.

β β β β β Very nice hotel. Polite staff. They helped me in all the possible ways. Big rooms, big TV. The room have classical italian 3 sockets electric switches but the staff helped me by giving the converter.

β β β β β Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel room is cleaned every day. Good connections to public transport and only about 20 minutes from Marco Polo airport. Good train connection to Venice too. Check In and Check Out went very fast. (The hotel has a lift, so you don't have to carry the luggage all the stairs.)
