★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arte e religione sono presenti in ogni angolo. La cripta di San Valentino Martire con le sue spoglie vi accoglie per un momento mistico in assoluta preghiera. La bellissima Madonna Ascesa al Cielo dipinta sul soffitto, le canne dell'organo restaurate anni fa grazie anche all'aiuto dei fedeli, i vari altari in marmo e i tanti stucchi dorati che adornano quadri e statue rappresentano un paese che ama la propria chiesa e la propria religione senza ostentazione. Raccomando vivamente una visita a chi si trovasse a passare da Bientina.
Art and religion are present in every corner. The crypt of San Valentino Martire with its remains welcomes you for a mystical moment in absolute prayer. The beautiful Madonna Ascended to Heaven painted on the ceiling, the organ pipes restored years ago thanks to the help of the faithful, the various marble altars and the many golden stuccos that adorn paintings and statues represent a country that loves its church and its own religion without ostentation. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone passing by Bientina.
