La viabilità intorno alla chiesa credo che sia da prendere come esempio! from the churchyard you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Da qui il panorama è bellissimo in tutte le direzioni e soprattutto verso Nord lungo il quale asse si riesce a vedere buona parte del tratto Sud del Lago d’Iseo. La chiesa parrocchiale è dedicata a S. Maria Assunta e la sua fondazione risale al XV secolo. Fu ampliata e ristrutturata in stile composito nel 1724 ed ulteriormente abbellita nel 1878. Contiene opere pittoriche interessanti, un altare maggiore ad intarsi policromi ed uno splendido altare del Rosario a tarsie marmoree. La chiesa è sede dell'omonima parrocchia afferente al vicariato di Predore, diocesi di Bergamo. The Church and its beautiful churchyard are located on the hill above the town of Paratico (Bs). From here the view is beautiful in all directions and especially towards the North along which axis you can see most of the South section of Lake Iseo. The parish church is dedicated to S. Maria Assunta and its foundation dates back to the fifteenth century. It was enlarged and refurbished in a composite style in 1724 and further embellished in 1878. It contains interesting paintings, a high altar with polychrome inlays and a splendid marble altarpiece of the Rosary. The church is the seat of the homonymous parish belonging to the vicariate of Predore, diocese of Bergamo.
